All issues must be submitted via the support portal, accessible under daycare.day.com.

24*7 support
Customers with Day Advanced/Premium, and Adobe Platinum support are eligible to additionally contact a Customer Success Engineer via the 24x7 hotline after regular business hours for critical severity incidents.
