Knowledge Base
Day's Knowledge Base is the consolidation of your publicly made available tickets! :-)

Your public tickets or public ticket updates, together with the expertise of Day's support agents, build the content of Day's knowledge base. Therefore the KB will grow with the amount of public tickets! ...

Depending on your client status and therefore your DayCare access rights, you are able to view CRX tickets, additionally create your own CRX and/or Communique tickets, and post updates either publicly or privately.


Without a DayCare login
Days CRX product knowledge base is open to anybody. You don't need a login accesing this section of DayCare.


With a DayCare login
Licensed customers or partners will receive a login. With this login you will be additionally allowed to open your own incidents (create a ticket), or to enter your own comments to publicly available incidents (update a public ticket). Voting for tickets, which affects product development prioritization, is only possible for registered users.

Access to these extranets is available via a login account. This account is granted to you when you become a Day client buy purchasing a Communiqué or CRX Enterprise license .
